As nature intended. Untreated, unprocessed, unpasteurised Suffolk Honey.

Foraged and harvested from the meadows in a surprisingly hilly part of Mid-Suffolk.

Our Spring Honey is produced by bees residing amongst many acres of wildflowers, grasses and trees where they forage Spring and early Summer

blooms and blossom.

Flavour:

A light sweet, smooth honey,

perfect on toast or as a topping for porridge

A natural characteristic of raw honey is to set (crystallise). This doesn't affect the taste. Should crystallisation occur, either enjoy as it is or 

gently warm the jar in hot water until runny again. Unsuitable for children under 12 months.
